Email - Works great. I'm getting instant push emails without delay and without manual checking.

Web browsing - This is hands down the best hand held web browser I have every used. On my previous phones I have never really used the internet extensively because of the poor user experience. The N900 changes this and I find myself using the internet all the time. I really like how the panoramic screen renders webpages more like a computer than like a phone. News sites, blogs, email, etc. work beautifully on the large screen and pages load very fast. The N900 gives me fast, user friendly, desktop-quality internet 24/7.

Full screen calendar - This is also the first time I've had a calendar on a phone that I actually use. I've had smart phones before but always found the calendars far inferior to my outlook calendar on my notebook. With the N900 full screen mode calendar I'm no longer restricted to my outlook calendar on my desktop. I finally have a mobile calendar that I actually want to use. Adding tasks, switching between day/week/month views, etc. is fast and easy. Love it.

Videos playback - Great quality video playback. Find myself watching a lot of videos when I'm commuting, etc. I travel by ferry with my wife every day and we have made it a habit to find a quiet corner and watch different TED talks on the N900 while commuting. With the kick-stand and the stereo speakers (the sound quality was a positive surprise) it's a great little 'home theater'.

Photos - I had high expectations of the 5Mpix camera given the Carl Zeiss optics and I wasn't disappointed. The pictures are of very high quality and I was positively surprised by the fast autofocus. I especially like the widescreen 16:9 photo option. The video capture/playback is equally great.

Finding contacts - Finding contacts is very convenient. You just start typing their name in the keyboard whilst in desktop view. Can't get any easier or faster.

One thing I would like to see Nokia improve is the battery life. Since I am a heavy user, I find myself having to charge the batteries every night.
