I received my device in December of 2009 and to make this short, it impressed me to a degree. It does all as described but the little things may annoy some buyers. When I opened the box, there was no manual, just the basic instructions on how to turn on the device, install the batter, etc...For AT&T customers, for the most part, you can not use the device as a phone and surf on the web at the same time which is a downside for myself. Also, you can not customize ringtones for individual people in your contact book. Personally, I'm a multi-tasker and on occasion the device can not handle how fast I use it. It crashes and reboots by itself. And one last issue that I've discovered is when you surf the internet, you will only get a quicker response or connection if you are directly connected to the server at home, your local coffee shop or any other location that provides free WiFi connections. Do no expect quick internet connection when the device is getting the signal from your phone company.
